The Borghese Park View is an elegant 100 m² apartment located on the first floor of a building with elevator in Rome. Bright and comfortable, it can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for families or small groups. It has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The modern and functional rooms offer a pleasant panoramic view of the city. Among the amenities: fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and washing machine. The apartment is non-smoking.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;
