The Space

Guest Access
Keys are to be collected from our local keynest location near the apartment. If you wish to be personally met at the apartment with the key this can be arranged up until 5pm and carries a cost of €50.00. For later check in's please ask us.

Neighborhood
Local coffee shops, a bakery, a small supermarket, sushi cafe, a vegan restaurant and a seafood restaurant are located directly around and within a 2 minute walk.

A short 5 minute drive to Vilamoura or an 8 minute drive to Vale do Lobo make their fabulous beaches, restaurants and nightlife very accessible.  Our house manual offers suggestions of a few great places that are loved by locals.

There are many local amenities in the Quarteira area namely, restaurants, beach bars with sun loungers, hairdressers, nail bar, vegetable market in the old town for fresh fruit and salad vegetables, Bank ATM machines, post office are all to be found a few minutes drive or a 5 - 20 minute walk from the apartment.

Interaction
We allow guests the privacy enjoy their stay but we are always contactable for any assistance during your stay. You will receive the number for the management agency in case of any emergency or additional needs you might have during your stay.

Other things to note
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.

If you would like to have additional sets of linen for longer stays, please ask us for more information.  Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked.  We are also able to arrange airport transfers if needed.

Tourist Tax:
Municipalities in Portugal have introduced Tourist Tax and require hosts to collect from tourists who stay in tourist accommodation such as hotels, B&Bs or vacation rentals as a contribution to the maintenance of local facilities regardless of nationality. 
When applicable, it is the host’s responsibility to collect the tax from tourist at the prevailing rate and pass it on to the municipalities/regions. This will either be collected in cash on the day of your arrival, by Airbnb or by Stripe.

No pets allowed.

No children between 6 months and 8 years.  Unfortunately, we do not provide a baby cot here but if you need a pack-and-play cot with linen please request it and we will provide one if we have them available at the time.

It is located in Praia de Faro, just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Faro.
Flat consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen and a spacious garden with a wonderful view over the Ria Formosa. 

The garden is ideal for al fresco dining and sunny afternoons, as it has two tables and sun loungers/chairs to relax. 

Villa Lydia allows guests to enjoy a paradisiacal location, the island of Faro, close to all services, which makes this a remarkable place for a memorable holiday. 

It is located 8 km from Faro city centre and 3 km from Faro Airport. 

It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and one with a single bed, a living room with a single sofa bed and a dining room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. 

The flat is equipped with cleaning equipment (mop, broom, ironing board and iron). 

The accommodation also has a private outdoor car park.

We leave our guests to their own devices, but we are available whenever they need us.

Services included:
The accommodation includes full cleaning and laundry of bed linen and towels at the end of the stay. For stays longer than 7 nights of occupancy there is an additional set of towels in the accommodation.
