Es un apartamento pequeño pero muy completo con un salón con smart TV, sofá, mesa plegable para estudio o comida y cocina equipada con horno, microondas, vajilla y una lavadora. En la planta alta una habitación exterior  y baño con armario, juego de sábanas y toallas.

El apartamento se encuenta a dos minutos andando de la Plaza Prosperidad (línea de metro 4). Tiene una parada de autobús a escasos pasos (línea 9 que te lleva al IE) y si estudias en EAE estarás a escasos minutos a pie de cualquiera de sus dos sedes. Si el propietario no recibe toda la documentación necesaria previamente solicitada por email y el pago de la cantidad total antes del check in, tendrá que pagar 181,50€ adicionales por un contrato de última hora.
Días antes de la mudanza se pondrán en contacto con usted para concretar el horario del check in.

Dunga is a serene 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unique property with an incredible 82 square meters spread inspired by jungle. Dunga rests in the heart of Madrid’s Castellana neighborhood. Castellana is a haven for museums and art which is skillfully represented within this home. Madrid has many great sights to offer, so make sure you have a home to come back to that's even better.

All rooms in this apartment have been uniquely decorated. The first bedroom, equipped with a ceiling fan, features a queen-size bed with a patterned headboard, as well as a dedicated workstation. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed that’s separated by wooden dividers from the second dedicated workstation. 

The first bathroom has marbled tiled floors to give the space an essence of chicness. The second bathroom, with a spa-like ambiance, has a bathtub for full relaxation. 

The living room is drowned in light from the terrace, which has an outdoor eating area and a place for relaxing outside.
