Dieses spezielle Privatzimmer befindet sich in der obersten Etage und verfügt über eine gemeinsame Terrasse. Es wird nur an einen Mann vermietet. 

Dies ist eine Maisonette-Wohnung mit 6 Zimmern. 4 in der 4. Etage und 2 in der obersten Etage. Die 2 Etagen sind durch eine interne Wendeltreppe verbunden.

Die Küche und der Essbereich befinden sich in der obersten Etage und werden von allen 6 Mitbewohnern gemeinsam genutzt.

Das Badezimmer in der obersten Etage wird von 2 Mitbewohnern geteilt. Das Zimmer selbst hat eine separate Terrasse, die auch mit dem anderen Mitbewohner auf der gleichen Etage geteilt wird.

In der obersten Etage gibt es eine weitere schöne Terrasse, die von allen 6 Mitbewohnern gemeinsam genutzt wird.

Dein Zimmer in der 6er-WG des Wohnkomplexes  ist:

- Vollständig möbliert (Bett 100x200, Bettdecke, Kopfkissen, Bettwäsche, Bettlampe mit USB Anschluss) und beinhaltet des Weiteren:
- Schreibtisch, Stuhl

- die Maisonette-Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse im Dachgeschoss, die für alle 6 Mitbewohner zugänglich ist 
- inkl. einer zweiwöchentlichen Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsfläche (Fußboden/Arbeitsflächen in der Küche, sowie der Badezimmer, WG-Zimmer sind von der Reinigung ausgeschlossen) 

Waschmaschinen: Im Untergeschoss des Hinterhauses befindet sich eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern für alle Bewohner.

Bis zum 30. November 2022 wird es freistehende Waschmaschinen geben, die nicht über die App bedient werden. Und es wird keine Gebühr erhoben. Ab dem 1. Dezember 2022 wird die weWash-App installiert und es wird eine Gebühr von 2,8 € pro Waschgang erhoben.

Das Gebäude ist mit ausge­wählten digitalen Einzelkomponenten (Packstation, Schließ- und Klingelanlage, digitalen Briefkästen, Verbrauchszählern usw.) ausgestattet.

Was ist cool an dieser Wohnung?
Die in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Campus der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) gelegene Wohnung befindet sich nur ca. 500 m von der Uferpromenade der Spree entfernt. Ein Fitness-Studio befindet sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The flat was developed as a shared apartment concept for young professionals and students. 

This specific private room is located on the top floor with a shared terrace. The will be let out to a male only. 

This is a maisonette apartment with 6 rooms. 4 on the 4th floor and 2 on the top floor. The 2 floors are connected by an internal winding stairway.

Kitchen & dining area is located on the top floor which will be shared between all the 6 roommates.

The bathroom on the top floor will be shared by 2 of the roommates. The room itself has a separate terrace which will also be shared with the other roommate located on the same floor.

Another beautiful terrace is available on the top floor which will be shared by all the 6 roommates.

1) The start date of the contract can be the 1st or the 16th of each month. The end date of the contract can be the 15th or the end of the month.
2) Our contract charges are biweekly. This means that if your move in date is from the 1st to the 15th of the month, full rent will be charged and if your move in date is from the 16th to the end of the month, half the rent will be charged.
3) Once the booking is confirmed and all documents are received, we  will send you a rental contract via email and You need to sign it & send it back to me within 48hours.
4) Registration possible and the necessary document will be provided post the move-in
5) The check in can only take place Monday to Friday 9 am until 6 pm. Check in on the weekends or national holidays would be possible upon request for a small fee of 100€
6) Liability insurance is required for your stay and that needs to be submitted to us within 15 days from your move in date.. We recommend you to search for one yourself with a keyword “Haftpflichtversicherung“
7) Other costs: GEZ-Gebühr (TV license) 17,50€
