All costs included Bills, internet, cleaning and even GEZ is included. You will only have to pay the rent, nothing else. If you send several requests at once and one is accepted and paid, the others will be automatically cancelled without any charge. 3. If you send new requests after one has already been confirmed, you may be charged again if one of them is accepted.
