Located in the heart of Frankfurt and just a few steps away from a big park, this apartment offers easy access to public transport and many possibilities to go out. The apartment is characterized by its big windows in all rooms, a small dining zone in the kitchen and a separate guest toilet. Frankfurt Nordend is one of the four city districts that make up the Frankfurt downtown. Nordend alone is populated by 51,000 denizens and features some of the most beautiful architecture in town, many of the buildings and boulevards reaching back to the Wilhelminian time. Adding to that, there are various parks; one of them, the Bethmannpark, features the Garden of Heavenly peace, one of Germanys very few Chinese gardens. Lastly, there are numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants all over Nordend. CHECK-IN: If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month. If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month CHECKOUT: If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a bed and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport. Who is eligible to book a room? Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed. Which documents do we need for a booking: -Copy of Passport -Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.) Can I view the apartment: Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time. More information about your future flatmates: It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community. When are the first payments due? The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts. You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.
