The security deposit has a cost of €250,00.
In order to ensure the reservation, the tenant must pay 250€ + one month of rent in advance, besides the amount paid to Roomless in the act of reservation.


Please be advised of the following:
1. Tenant needs to pay 48 hours before the check-in: an administration fee, the security deposit, and the last month of rent. The administration fee depends on the length of the booking:
- 1 month: 100€
- 2 months: 150€
- 3+ months = 40% of the rent.
2. Security deposit: 250€.
2. Utility bills are included up to a maximum amount of 30€ per room.
3. Cleaning of the common areas already included twice a month.
4. We do not provide: towels, pillows, duvet and bed lines.
5. Check-ins only during week days starting from 4pm and check-outs at 10 am.
