Our rooms come fully furnished with a premium mattress, a wardrobe, a warm carpet, a desk and a chair. Of course, pillows, bedsheets and small items such as a bed-side table and a small lamp are always included. All the bedrooms have a double bed and depending on your needs, you can also have a balcony or even a shared or private terrace. More than an apartment, this is simply a very big, comfy Co-Living house. You will find some shared and various private bathrooms in each apartment. All kitchens come fully furnished and equipped with an oven, dishwasher and all necessary appliances. This Co-Living building is perfect if you love to have your own space and to live in a community full of people. The building has 72 units which means you will have all these people to connect with and share your experiences. Near this building, you will find the famous Sporting Clube de Portugal, if you like sports you will surely love this place. The metro is located 5 mins from the building and it also has access to various bus stations.  Lumiar is a freguesia and district of Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. Located in northern Lisbon, Lumiar is east of Carnide, north of Alvalade, west of Olivais, and south of Santa Clara and partially of Lisbons border with Odivelas. Who is eligible to book a room? Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios) One person per room (no bedroom sharing) Which documents do we need before sending out contract: -Copy of Passport -Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc. More information about flatmates: It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community. When are the first payments due? The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts. WE DO NOT CHECK IN ON THE WEEKEND (Saturday and Sunday).
