The entire apartment was fully refurbished and furnished in November 2013. Located in the heart of the up and coming district of Friedrichshain. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops right around the corner in Boxhagener Platz. The closest supermarket is across Frankfurter Allee, directly on the other side at numbers 35/37. Under an arcade called Rathaus passage there's a small Edeka. The Japanese restaurant called Onsen, at the corner of Simon-Dach-Strasse and Boxhagener Strasse and nearby Lemongrass Thai restaurant are worth a visit. Around the corner, in Gartenstrasse 22 there's a wonderful place named Honigmond to have breakfast, lunch etc. Simon-Dach-Strasse is a real mecca of restaurants and bars. Next stations: subway Samariterstrasse in 500m and Frankfurter Tor in 600m. Tram station in 150m. Please Note: Smokers allowed but not inside the apartment. Most time pets are allowed but the tenant must inquire first as there are additional rules and paperwork
