There is no notice period, if tenant shows a document from the university stating that they are not accepted, we can cancel the reservation. (We will only refund 300€ deposit, 150€ booking fee are not refundable) If the tenant cancels the reservation before the date determined as the end of the contract: 150€ Booking fee wont be returned.
