This wonderful apartment is ideally located near the Montjuic Park, the green lung of Barcelona. There, you can practice all kinds of outdoor sports, enjoy panoramic views, and sunbath in its gardens. Poble Sec is an amazing traditional Spanish area; filled with old buildings and a lot of secret places! Barcelona is a city which has so much to offer, but most are places that everybody knows about. Even though a restaurant gets good recommendations – it could still lack the Spanish charm. Poble sec has many popular bars, a theatre and even a club. There are 19 bars in POBLE SEC that offer pintxos and a drink for cheap prices. The location in one of the coziest surroundings in the shadow of MONTJUIC. Whilst Paral.lel is a busy thoroughfare during the day, the areas are quiet and just a 10-20 minute walk to the centre of the city and Las Ramblas. There are 2 metro stops, aptly named Paral.lel and Poble Sec, they are on the same line and are a stop or two away from Las Ramblas. If you are looking for a bit of culture then not to worry there is more than enough to be found in Plaça España which has 2 art museums and Poble Espanyol which was built for the 1929 World Fair and is a "village" constructed from different examples of Spanish regional architecture. The apartment is fully equipped and ready to move in. It has a double bed and a sofa bed. Don ́t hesitate to book! DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month - more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent. BILLS: The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor. - Contract should be fully signed before checking in CHECKIN: Tenants to arrive at our office in Carrer de Llacuna 94 with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm. PAYMENT: You have 3 options to pay the balance 1. Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm) 2. Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments) 3. Bank Transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day.
