Luminoso e moderno, è una soluzione perfetta per esplorare tutte le località che si affacciano sul Lago di Como. Con una passeggiata di circa dieci minuti tra le vie della città, infatti, è possibile raggiungere il centro di Como e la stazione di Como Lago.L’appartamento è perfetto per due o quattro ospiti e comprende una zona giorno composta da un’area perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata con divano, tv, una cucina e un tavolo da pranzo. Si prosegue poi verso la camera matrimoniale dotata di armadio a vista e una piccola nicchia con scrivania. Conclude un bagno finestrato con ampia doccia. La struttura è molto luminosa e dotata di aria condizionata. A Step From the Lake si trova in una zona residenziale della città di Como. Si può raggiungere facilmente in treno da Milano e dall’aeroporto di Malpensa. La sua posizione lo rende una soluzione perfetta per esplorare tutte le bellezze del Lago di Como, come le località di Brunate, Cernobbio e Bellagio, oppure per organizzare un’escursione in battello. Perfetto punto di partenza per raggiungere diverse località sulle sponde del Lago di Como, l’appartamento si trova in una zona dotata di diversi mezzi di trasporto, tra cui le stazioni di Como Lago e Como San Giovanni raggiungibili in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La proprietà, inoltre, è molto vicina agli attracchi della Navigazione per esplorare il lago a bordo di un battello. Bright and modern, it is a perfect solution for exploring all the towns that overlook Lake Como. With a stroll of about ten minutes through the city streets, you can reach the city center and the Como Lago train station. The apartment is an ideal retreat for two or four guests, offering a cozy living area with a relaxing space furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. Adjacent to the living area is the bright double bedroom, complete with an open wardrobe and a small niche with a desk. Lastly you can find a windowed bathroom featuring a spacious shower. It is filled with natural light and is equipped with air conditioning for added comfort. A Step from the Lake is located in a residential area of the city of Como and, as the name suggests, it is close to the Lake. It can be easily reached by train from Milan and the Malpensa Airport. Its location makes it a perfect solution for exploring all the beauties of Lake Como, such as the towns of Brunate, Cernobbio, and Bellagio, or for organizing a boat excursion. An ideal starting point to reach various destinations along the shores of Lake Como, the apartment is located in an area well-served by public transportation, including Como Lago and Como San Giovanni train stations, which are reachable in about 15 minutes on foot. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night -for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
