This silent apartment is on the second floor, in the inner courtyard of the building with a concierge. It is a 4-minute walk to Gambara M1 metro station, which is just a 12-minute ride to Duomo, and 16 minutes to Brera. Bocconi University, Statale, and Cattolica are all easy to reach. 24h Supermarket is 150mt away. The apartment opens onto the spacious entrance hall with a wardrobe. On the right, it features a windowed bathroom with WC, bidet, sink, and a large shower. Following the entrance, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a Smeg fridge, Siemens gas hobs, washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, and extractor fan; a dining area (suitable for four people); and an ergonomic sofa bed. The last room is a bedroom with a high and comfortable mattress and a vast wardrobe. There are two terraces – one along the kitchen and the bedroom, and the other one – a large terrace in front of the entrance, where you have everything to relax and have dinner, aperitif, or a reading session. All spaces feature all-wood parquet floors, custom-made textiles, and various artworks throughout the spaces. There is air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and double-glazed windows. The apartment is in the up-and-coming area of Milan, with many young restaurants and natural wine bars. Originally, a house made by an artist, the place now accommodates some works by her and fellow artists. All our apartments offer hotel services, such as cleaning on request or fresh bed linen.

POLICY DI CANCELLAZIONE 1) cancellazione effettuata 60 o più giorni prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: rimborso del 100% della prima mensilità . 2) cancellazione effettuata tra il 59° e il 30° giorno prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: rimborso del 50% della prima mensilità. 3) cancellazione effettuata tra il 29° giorno o meno prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: Non vi è alcun rimborso. POST CHECK IN Se vorrai uscire prima del check-out previsto nella prenotazione, dovrai dare disdetta secondo i termini previsti sull’annuncio. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE BOOKING?
