Composed of: A living room with a sofa bed (160x190 bed), A dining room for 6, with fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, coffee maker and kettle. Two bedrooms upstairs, with a double bed (160x190 & 140x200), TV and air conditioning in each. A bathroom, with walk-in shower, single basin and towel dryer and separate WC. The apartment will be ready and cleaned for your arrival. Here are the protocols our cleaning team does : - During the cleaning service all windows and doors will be left open for airing out - Cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces, including door handles, tables, chairs etc - All bedsheets, pillowcases and duvets covers as bath towels will be washed on a high temperature for a professional dry cleaning. It is crossing, quiet street, center, everything is done on foot: Provencal market, shops, restaurants, beach, port, train station, bus stops, bars, etc ... In the heart of the old town, you have all the activities around you. You will love being in the heart of our beautiful city of Antibes. The Provençal market is a must to taste the local flavors (spices, socca, vegetables of the region, tapenade ...). Souvenir shops, beaches of course, beautiful walks along ramparts during a fireworks display, the Picasso museum, the platform of billionaires at Vauban port, Fort Carré. There is something for everyone, beautiful scenery and for those who like a good meal or to simply wander .... There are many bars / pubs around the harbor and many restaurants ... Getting around Juan les Pins is 5 minutes by car. Cannes is 15-20min. Nice and the airport is 25min. For Monaco and the Italian border, estimate 1 hour by the highway. Port Vauban is 100m from the apartment, you can park at the private parking Qpark "The Fishermen - Port Vauban" or that of "La Poste". It is very difficult to park in the old town, and this car park is the closest. Important: Parking packages are offered if you book via the website and their prices are cheaper if you pre-book. The Antibes train station is 10-15min walk along the Vauban port.
