Entire apartment This first-class 45 m² apartment is centrally located in the 7th district of Vienna in the immediate vicinity of the city center, just four subway stops from the world-famous St. Stephen's Cathedral. The serviced apartment is fully furnished and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area for four people, a bedroom with a double bed for two people, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate WC and an entrance area. The apartment has been furnished with high-quality materials, contemporary furniture and pleasant lighting. There is an LED TV with cable TV in the living room. Free high-speed Internet via WLAN is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with integrated freezer compartment, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all standard kitchen utensils. The apartment offers space for two people. The bed is a 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed with a choice of mattress firmness, as one side of the bed is a little firmer and the other a little softer. The bedroom faces the quiet inner courtyard. Fresh towels, shower towels, shower mats and bed linen are provided. Cleaning equipment is also available. The house has an intercom system and an easily accessible garbage room. The 7th district offers a wide range of activities, from shopping in Mariahilfer Straße and Neubaugasse, to classic cultural attractions such as the Volkstheater, the Museumsquartier, the Theater in der Josefstadt, the Hofimmobiliendepot, the Kosmos Theater and the Amerlinghaus, to the "village in the city", the Spittelberg with its well-preserved historic buildings and idyllic squares, with numerous opportunities for diversion within walking distance. Mariahilfer Strasse, Vienna's largest shopping street, is just a two-minute walk away. The Haus des Meeres is just one kilometer away. More than 10,000 animals are on display there on an area of around 5,000 m², ranging from aquariums with animals mainly from the Mediterranean and tropical freshwater and seawater habitats to a terrarium section and a tropical house with birds, flying foxes and monkeys that are not separated from visitors by bars or glass panes. It is interesting to note that the Haus des Meeres is housed in a former flak tower from the Second World War, which still towers into the sky like a memorial. No specific security level or fire protection class is guaranteed for a safe that may be installed in the apartment. Use is therefore at the lessee’s own risk and is insured by the lessor for a maximum of EUR 500. In the event of an insured event, the lessee must prove the contents of the safe. If the guest has not yet left the apartment at the time of check-out, 10 am, and therefore the cleaning cannot start on time, all associated costs, such as additional approach, additional cleaning staff, costs for the delayed check-in of the following guest will be charged. The consumables available at check-in to the apartment (washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent, cosmetics, toilet paper, coffee capsules, coffee cream, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) only serve as a starter kit and will not be refilled during the stay.“ Please note that a local tax of 3.2% of the total amount is due for bookings of less than three months.
