The garden in front of the villa creates a natural terrace with a breathtaking view over the valley and Lake Trasimeno. The outdoors are furnished with tables and chairs ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a barbecue for grilling. Also the swimming pool (8x4 meters - fixed depth 1.35 meters - open from May to September - completely fenced and protected by an access gate) enjoys a position with a panoramic view and perfect exposure to the sun throughout the day. A beautiful French window will allow you to directly access the garden. Always on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
