ITA Kaloo è un appartamento completamente rimesso a nuovo nel giugno 2019, situato al terzo piano (con ascensore) di un condominio degli anni '70. L'appartamento, dotato di aria condizionata, è costituito da ingresso, soggiorno/cucina con tv satellitare e divano letto (140x200), due camere da letto con letto doppio (160x200) e un bagno con lavatrice. Nell'antibagno c'è un secondo lavandino. La zona è tranquilla sebbene sia ben collegata sia al centro città sia alle principali vie di comunicazione. Lo spazio La zona giorno è costituita da un ampio soggiorno con divano letto, tv-sat con più di 4000 canali e una cucina completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi. Chi dorme sul divano letto in soggiorno avrà a disposizione un armadio aperto dotato di appendiabiti. Dal soggiorno/cucina si accede al terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito), al riparo dal sole e dalla pioggia, grazie alle tende avvolgibili. In soggiorno è inoltre presente uno dei due condizionatori della casa: l'altro è nel corridoio, fra le porte di ingresso alle due camere. La camera principale ha un letto doppio (160x200) e un armadio a 6 ante, dentro al quale troverete anche scope, aspirapolvere, ferro e asse da stiro. La seconda camera ha un letto doppio (160x200) con vano contenitore sotto al materasso e un cassettone a 3 ante. Il bagno è dotato di ampia doccia, lavello, wc, bidet e lavatrice. C'è anche un antibagno (che noi abbiamo indicato come bagno di sevizio) in cui c'è solo un secondo lavello separato da una porta rispetto al resto del bagno (molto pratico e apprezzato, ve lo assicuriamo). Troverete asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa). All'ingresso c'è un grande armadio in cui potrete mettere giacconi e cappotti e trovare coperte e cuscini di riserva, mentre sul pianerottolo vicino alla porta di ingresso c'è una scarpiera dove potrete riporre le vostre calzature e un portaombrelli. Kaloo è dotata di riscaldamento condominiale, ma ogni singolo radiatore ha la possibilità di essere regolato, permettendo il massimo confort desiderato in ogni stanza della casa. There is a second sink in the toilet. The area is quiet although it is well connected to both the city center and the main roads. The space The living area consists of a large living room with sofa bed, satellite TV with more than 4000 channels and a full kitchen equipped with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, dishes, glasses, cups and cups. Some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available. In the living room you will find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information about the restaurants of the area. Those who sleep on the sofa bed in the living room will have an open wardrobe equipped with hangers. From the living room/kitchen you access the terrace, where you can hang your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), sheltered from the sun and rain, thanks to the roller blinds. In the living room there is also one of the two air conditioners of the house: the other is in the corridor, between the entrance doors to the two rooms. The main room has a double bed (160x200) and a 6-door wardrobe, inside which you will also find brooms, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. The second room has a double bed (160x200) with a storage compartment under the mattress and a drawer with 3 doors. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. There is also an anti-bathroom (which we have indicated as a bathroom) in which there is only a second sink separated by a door compared to the rest of the bathroom (very practical and appreciated, we assure you). You will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam and shampoo at your disposal (in an amount enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping). At the entrance there is a large wardrobe where you can put jackets and coats and find blankets and reserve pillows, while on the landing near the entrance door there is a shoe rack where you can store your shoes and an umbrella stand. Kaloo is equipped with condominium heating, but every single radiator has the possibility to be adjusted, allowing the maximum comfort desired in every room of the house.
