Room 8 Hi guys, this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also, the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Registration/Anmeldung is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). This appartment has two bathrooms. For the move in dates we sometimes have the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In some cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our chats :)

EN Terms and Conditions: -The check-in can only be effected from Monday through Friday between 10:00-15:00. -The deposit and landlord service fee must be paid within one week of receiving the rental contract. -The deposit will be refunded within 8 weeks of a successful check-out. -Rental contracts are limited to a maximum rental period of 12 months. Extensions are possible and must be communicated at least 2 months before the end of the contract.
