In the area you’ll find lots of shops and restaurants since it’s parallel with Princesa Street; you’ll be able to walk to the Contemporary Art Museum, the Oeste Park, the Debod temple or the Renoir Princesa Cinemas in the Cubos Square. You can take a walk to the Nebrija and Comillas universities since they’re about 10 minutes away from the apartment. The closest metro station is Ventura Rodríguez (Line 3). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the summary of payments.
