EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. A sultry mix of Indonesian and Catalan design, Sumbawa is 106 square meters of awe. Nestled in the heart of Barcelona, Sumbawa overlooks the historic, Dreta de l’Eixample neighborhood. Famed for its grid-patterned streets and intentional architecture, Eixample boasts design, culture, and a bustling restaurant scene. Back inside the home, Catalan style is preserved outside and inside the home. Transcend to a Southeast Asian-infused dreamscape in this two-bedroom, two-bath masterpiece. Outdoor space is a Mediterranean must to which Sumbawa reigns. With three sun-drenched balconies, Sumbawa invites guests to unwind outside. Head upstairs to further bask in the Barcelona glow with a communal rooftop pool and solarium. Drawing inspiration from the Sunda Islands, the first bedroom to the right of the entryway offers an incredulous design. Rich browns and golds melt throughout the room with the artisanal wall-to-ceiling mural. The space is completed with a queen-sized bed, a built-in closet, and the first balcony. A couple of steps down the hall to the right is the first detached bathroom. Clean in design and lush with greenery, this bathroom is bliss. Soak in the rattan details or revel in the modern, walk-in shower. Just across the hall, is the kitchen area. The design pivots to unmatched contemporaneous style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Head back down the hall or walk through the kitchen to enter the luxurious living space. From its vaulted brick ceilings to the Indonesian-inspired furnishings, this living-dining room combination is breathtaking. The space offers full functionality; be it a four-person dinner party in the dining area, lounging in the spacious living room, or making use of the dedicated workspace. A large, traditional balcony stretches along the width of the living and dining room to show off stunning city views. To the right of the dining room is the second, ensuite bedroom. A spa-like ensuite bathroom invites guests to relax. The double vanity and walk-in shower boast space and design. Back in the bedroom, guests will find a restful retreat. The lush, queen-size bed is complemented by a hand-crafted headboard that doubles as a design piece. With ample storage space to the right and the final balcony to the left, Sumbawa’s second bedroom feels surreal. All linens and bedding are provided. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
