EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. A Saharan escape perfectly blended with Spanish style: Amourah is a masterpiece. This 73 square meter apartment inspires awe inside and outside of the home. Resting in the Esquerra de l'Eixample neighborhood, guests will find a perfect mix of classic Spanish restaurants with international, fusion flavors. Once inside, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home feels divinely desert-like throughout all its interiors and two, sun-soaked balconies. Earth tones cloak the spacious entryway as guests are guided down the hall toward the right. The first door on the left leads to a bedroom. A nook with natural fiber-coated walls houses a cozy daybed. The room includes ample storage space. Further down the hall, the next door to the right offers up Amourah’s office. This spacious workstation provides a private and ergonomic option for productivity. Across the hall is the detached bathroom. A classic Catalan tiling covers the floor while sleek subway tiles cover the walls and into the shower-tub combination. At the end of the hallway, the space lends itself to an open, dining and kitchen area. To the left, sits a fiber-thatched, four-person dining set. The right of the room is themed with a contemporary and classic mix. The modern, white cabinetry complements the modern appliances while a gaze up at the ceiling revealed the exposed brick, barrel-style ceilings. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. Continue further into the space to find the living area past the kitchen. Saharan-style geometric art hangs over the hand-selected furnishings. The french doors at the far end of the living room open up to a luminous balcony. The door to the left of the living room leads to the ensuite bedroom. A terracotta-hued arch sits behind the queen-sized bed. To the right of the room is Amourah’s second balcony. At the other end is the ensuite bathroom. A sense of serenity washes over with the ivory-toned palette, double vanity, hanging plants, and all-glass, walk-in shower. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in one Bedroom. All bedding and linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
