EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Sahara is a luxury in Goya. Making a grand entrance with 115 square meters of utter design and delight, Sahara feels and exudes royalty. Outside of the home, the neighborhood of Goya invites all to indulge in the Spanish tapas restaurants and charming small businesses scattered throughout. The two-bedroom, two-bath is as awe-inspiring inside as it is out. Marble floors are found throughout the home from the very entrance. Past the foyer, the first turn to the left leads to Sahara’s achromatic and spacious kitchen. Modern, white appliances and cooking utensils make the space fit for culinary experts. The end of the kitchen leads to a small balcony. Down the hallway, exiting the kitchen, the door on the left leads to Sahara’s first bathroom. A floating vanity and shower-tub combination make the space exude modernity. Across the hall is Sahara’s first bedroom. Aesthetic and functional, the multi-textured wall highlights the queen-sized bed to the left while the right side of the room is dedicated to built-in storage. At the far end is a dedicated workstation with natural light flooding in. Straight on down the hallway is the second bedroom. A natural fiber, floating headboard hangs above the queen-sized bed. To the left of the bed is a floor-to-ceiling closet. Where the hallway curves to the right, the next door leads to the open-concept living and dining area. Lantern lighting hangs above the four-person dining set. The living area consists of desert-like greenery and designer furnishings. Through the glass sliding doors, Sahara’s 25-square meter terrace is revealed. At the end of the hallway is Sahara’s office, coated in two-toned lush greens and earthy decor. All bedding and linens provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
