Spanning 95 square meters, Nocera is designed to provide you with a seamless blend of modern convenience and aesthetic appeal. As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open and spacious living room that boasts a full entertainment system, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. A dedicated workstation in the living area caters to any work or study needs you may have during your stay. The dining table is thoughtfully integrated into the living space, offering a cozy setting for enjoying meals or planning your day's adventures. The fully furnished kitchen, complete with all necessary appliances, includes a charming breakfast nook where you can start your mornings with a cup of coffee and a delightful view. The apartment offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, providing added convenience and privacy, and a dedicated workstation. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, offering a relaxing escape after a day of exploration. The second detached bathroom is chic and functional in design. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *This apartment comes equipped with a ducted air system for absolute comfort. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
