Sabaudia features two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed. One of these bedrooms boasts an ensuite bathroom, complete with a relaxing bathtub. There is an additional detached bathroom to cater to your needs, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The heart of Sabaudia is its inviting living room, expertly designed with a touch of coastal-inspired elegance creating a tranquil feeling throughout the space. A sitting area and entertainment system are at your disposal. The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family, and the dedicated workstation provides the space for all remote working needs. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and a convenient countertop seating area. One of Sabaudia's highlights is its spacious balcony. Here, you can enjoy the fresh air and relax in the outdoor sitting area. Sabaudia ensures your comfort during your stay with individual air conditioning in each room. This apartment also offers disabled access and a parking space for ease of movement for all. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
