This apartment features two beautiful bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and balcony access. One of the bedrooms boasts an ensuite bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience. The second detached bathroom ensures everyone has a place to get ready for the day. Additionally, a small office space with a dedicated workstation is available, perfect for all remote working needs. The open-plan living room and kitchen area include relaxing beach themed design through the use of colors and textures. The living room is equipped with an entertainment system, creating a cozy space for relaxation. A dining table is also provided, ideal for enjoying meals or planning your Barcelona adventures. From the living room, you can step out onto a charming balcony complete with an outdoor sitting area. The fully furnished kitchen awaits, offering modern appliances and ample space to prepare delicious meals. For your comfort, air conditioning is available in the living room, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even on the warmest Barcelona days. A doorman adds an extra layer of security and convenience to your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
