Welcome to Espot, a beautifully designed apartment located in the heart of Graça, one of the most vibrant and historic neighborhoods in Lisbon. This spacious mountain themed 127 square meter apartment features two double bedrooms, both furnished with comfortable queen size beds, one of them featuring an ensuite bathroom and dedicated workstation, while the other has a charming French balcony. Espot boasts a total of 2.5 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The living room is a bright and welcoming space, complete with a dining table and dedicated workstation, as well as access to a French balcony which allows you to take in the stunning views of the surrounding area. The fully furnished modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge. Additionally, this apartment comes with a parking space, ensuring that you will never have to worry about finding a place to park your car. Espot also features air conditioning, ensuring that you will stay comfortable no matter what the weather is like outside. Finally, this apartment is designed with a beautiful mountain theme, which can be seen in the hardwood floors, wooden furniture touches, and contrasting wall-art pieces. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
