Signing of the documents and payment of the missing amounts must be compulsorily completed within 48h after receipt of the email containing the directions in this regard, otherwise the application will be cancelled without any refund. The documents to be signed will be: - General Conditions - Application for Housing Allocation PAYMENTS TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING will be: FOR ANNUAL CONTRACT - the payment of the second monthly payment - the security deposit equal to two monthly payments which will be returned 60 days from the date of check out. The due dates for subsequent payments are as follows: 2nd installment to 07/10/2024 amount equal to 2 monthly payments 3rd installment to 09/12/2024 amount equal to 3 monthly payments 4th installment to 07/03/2025 amount equal to 3 monthly payments 5th installment to 09/06/2025 amount equal to 2 monthly payments FOR FIRST SEMESTER CONTRACT - the payment of the second monthly instalment - the security deposit amounting to two monthly payments which will be returned at 60 days from the date of check out. Subsequent due dates are as follows: 2nd installment to 07/10/2024 amount equal to 2 monthly payments 3rd installment to 09/12/2024 amount equal to 2 monthly payments FOR SECOND SEMESTER CONTRACT - the payment of the second and third monthly payments - the security deposit in the amount of two monthly payments, which will be returned 60 days from the date of check out. Subsequent due dates are as follows: 2nd installment to 07/05/2025 amount equal to 3 monthly payments CANCELLATION POLICIES PRE CHECK-IN: If the reservation is confirmed by the landlord, there is no refund in case of cancellation. POST CHECK-IN: The tenant must provide at least 30 (thirty) days notice of cancellation, and must still recognize to the owner a cancellation penalty corresponding to two months' rent, subject to the limit of what is due in total for the entire term of the Contract.
