Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times. Check-In Time: For last-minute bookings made within 48 hours of arrival, check-in will be available from 6 PM onwards. Thank you for your understanding. No Events or Parties: Our property is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings such as hen or stag dos. We maintain a strict no-party policy. Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy of the property must be adhered to at all times. Please ensure that your group does not exceed the capacity listed in the booking. The following utilities are included in the rent price: gas, water, electricity, internet. The condominium fee is included in the monthly rent. A minimum stay of 1 month is required. AFTER CHECK-IN If you need to check out before the agreed date, it is required 2 months of notice period in order to receive the security deposit back.
