The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a common living room with sofa, TV, dining table and balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Room N°1 has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Room N°2 has a single bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a comfortable bookcase. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The nearest metro stations are Porta Romana (M3 - yellow line) and Lodi Tibb (M3 - yellow line), both an 8-minute walk away. Piazza del Duomo can be reached in 15 minutes with the yellow metro (5 stops). Bocconi University in 20 minutes by tram 9. Between tradition and modernity, the residential district of Romana stands out for its elegance. This area is the beating heart of life both for university students, thanks to the prestigious campus of Bocconi University, and for young professionals. An unmissable experience is the Fondazione Prada, an icon of contemporary culture and art, and the nearby Piazza Olivetti, the hub of the urban regeneration project of Milan South. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • 1.400,00€ for monthly rent; • 250,00€ for condominium expenses ; • 250,00€/month for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); • 100,00€/month for for one service per month of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balconies); Total of monthly cost: 2.000,00€ You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.400,00€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 170,00€:(VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. • 280,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning; Linen is not included. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from (hidden) (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed. IMPORTANTE!!! Ricorda che entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi prima della data di check-in dovrai inviare al proprietario i documenti richiesti per il contratto di affitto e pagare la prima rata di oneri accessori non riscossi da (hidden) (utenze, spese condominiali, pulizia finale, admin fee). Se la documentazione e il pagamento non saranno inoltrati nei tempi richiesti, la tua data di check-in potrà essere posticipata.

La prenotazione viene cancellata automaticamente e perderai la commissione versata a Roomless e la mensilità in base alle policy di cancellazione pre check in. POLICY DI CANCELLAZIONE 1) cancellazione effettuata 60 o più giorni prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: rimborso del 100% della prima mensilità . 2) cancellazione effettuata tra il 59° e il 30° giorno prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: rimborso del 50% della prima mensilità. 3) cancellazione effettuata tra il 29° giorno o meno prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: Non vi è alcun rimborso. POST CHECK IN Se vorrai uscire prima del check-out previsto nella prenotazione, dovrai dare disdetta secondo i termini previsti sull’annuncio. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE BOOKING?
