Other things to note Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two. If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed. Getting Around The area around the house is well served by public transport. There is a bus service (called BusCas); this runs regularly throughout the day, to the centre of Cascais and around the Cascais area with it's main stop at the Cascais train station. From here you can get a train to Lisbon in 30 minutes along the beautiful coast line, or a bus to the World Heritage Site of Sintra. If you wish to visit places further afield, please ask us about our day excursions. There is another bus service which stops just across the road from the house called Giro which will take you to Cascaishopping where there are shops, a food court, hairdressers, technical help center etc. From Cascais there is a regular bus service to Guincho Beach, #405. The #403 will get you to Sintra. The train service runs from 5am until 1:30am and the trains run every 20minutes approx.
