The room is furnished with a double bed, a vertical clothes rack, and drawers for storing clothes and personal items, big desk and library. The apartment has two shared bathrooms: one larger, with a bathtub and shower, and a smaller one with a small bathtub and the washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, and there is a dining table for four people. Piazza De Angeli is located in the western area of Milan, just a few minutes from Corso Vercelli and CityLife. It’s a well-served residential neighborhood, quiet yet lively, with an excellent combination of services, shops, and green spaces. Around the square, you’ll find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and small local businesses. It’s a convenient area for getting around by public transport: the De Angeli M1 metro station is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. The atmosphere is that of a well-kept neighborhood, popular with families and professionals. The surrounding streets are wide, tree-lined, and orderly, with residential buildings ranging from historic structures to more modern ones. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • 1.000,00€ for monthly rent • 100,00€ for building fees • 50,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi) • 50,00€ for one cleaning service per month; Total of monthly cost: 1.200,00€ You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.000€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. • 150,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning Linen is not included. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.

POLICY DI CANCELLAZIONE 1) cancellazione effettuata 60 o più giorni prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: rimborso del 100% della prima mensilità . 2) cancellazione effettuata tra il 59° e il 30° giorno prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: rimborso del 50% della prima mensilità. 3) cancellazione effettuata tra il 29° giorno o meno prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: Non vi è alcun rimborso. POST CHECK IN Se vorrai uscire prima del check-out previsto nella prenotazione, dovrai dare disdetta secondo i termini previsti sull’annuncio. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE BOOKING? What will you need to do once your reservation is confirmed? 1) proceed with the payment of the deposit plus additional charges to Roomless within 7 days from the booking confirmation 2) sign the contract within 7 days from the booking confirmation What happens if the above terms are not met? The reservation gets automatically canceled and you will lose the Roomless service fee. CANCELLATION POLICY 1) cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 100% reimbursement of the first month. 2) cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 50% reimbursement of the first month. 3) cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: There is no refund.
