Although it lacks air conditioning, it offers ample space for relaxation and rest. - Bedroom 3: Perfect for little ones! While it’s a more compact space with a narrow window, it provides ventilation and a safe environment for the kids. Note: To access the second bedroom, you must pass through either the first or third bedroom, creating a connected, shared atmosphere for everyone. Important considerations - No elevator: The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a traditional Lisbon building, which means you’ll need to climb the stairs. While this adds to the experience of living in a building with so much history and charm, it’s important to keep in mind that accessibility may be a bit challenging for those with reduced mobility or carrying heavy luggage. - Potential for noise, especially during festivities: Graça is a vibrant, lively neighborhood, and during June, with the famous Santos Populares festivities, the streets fill with music, dance, and excitement. - Room layout: The apartment has three interconnected bedrooms, so to access the second bedroom, you need to pass through one of the other two. This layout creates a more connected, shared atmosphere, making it ideal for families or groups who prefer to be close to one another. However, it may not be the best choice for those who value more privacy between rooms. - Room with narrow window and limited natural light: One of the rooms, designed for children, has a very narrow window that allows ventilation but doesn’t provide much natural light. While ideal for airflow, the light in the room is limited, which may be important to consider for those who prefer brighter spaces. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to 150€. → Please keep in mind that Portuguese authorities require full passport details for all guests. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid.
