The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivals take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this area can be quite busy and noise can be expected! It’s situated on a narrow street where cars can’t reach the front door, and the nearest drop-off point is about 70 meters away. → Building The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator in the historic center of Lisbon. → Bedrooms The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed (air conditioning) and the other with a double bed that can be converted into a single bed OR used as an office/lounge. → Living Room The living room has a vintage decor and is equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. → Kitchen Equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, four-burner stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included), washing machine, and iron. Additional Info: → The property is self-catered. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply. → The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Cot and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid.
