Via Paisiello is located between the Piola and NoLo areas, in a residential and well-connected part of Milan. The Piola M2 metro station is 5 minutes’ walk and offers quick access to the city center. The apartment is close to the Politecnico di Milano, which can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. NoLo, on the other hand, is a livelier neighborhood with bars, shops, and cultural spaces, and is less than 15 minutes away on foot. The area is served by public transport, supermarkets, and essential services. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • 1.900,00€ for monthly rent • 300,00€ for building fees • 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi) • 150,00€/month for for one service per month of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balconies); Total of monthly cost: 2.550,00€ You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.900€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 200,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. • 350,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning Linen is not included. Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.

POST CHECK IN Se vorrai uscire prima del check-out previsto nella prenotazione, dovrai dare disdetta secondo i termini previsti sull’annuncio. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE BOOKING?
