But let’s keep it real—Mouraria comes with its urban charm and a bit of edge, where you might bump into some of the city’s more colorful street characters. → Building Perched on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, this spot is ideal to dive into Lisbon’s lively energy. With bustling streets below and plenty of restaurants nearby, expect some noise, especially on weekends. Like many older buildings in this historic city, the apartment features wooden floors that add charm but can be a bit noisy when walked on. Parking is paid, on the street, subject to availability. → Bedrooms Two bedrooms keep it cozy: one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and another with two single beds. Bonus points? Both have small balconies and electric heaters for those chillier nights. → Bathrooms Two bathrooms, both with showers, make sharing a breeze. As they are interior spaces, we recommend keeping the doors open whenever possible and airing out the apartment regularly during your stay to avoid moisture buildup (and resulting odors). → Living/Dining Room The living room is snug (aka small, but in a cute way!). There’s a flat-screen TV, a comfy sofa, and a dining table for 4, perfect for those late-night card games or planning your Lisbon adventures. → Terrace The 5-square-meter terrace is small but inviting—ideal for a quick coffee or quiet moment outdoors - but no sweeping views here. Just you, the sky above, and a slice of Lisbon calm. Please note that the terraces connect with those of neighboring apartments, creating an open and shared environment. → Kitchen Fully equipped for your cooking needs, the kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included). Good to know: The apartments are set in a traditional building without an elevator. They combine charm and authenticity with a few quirks: creaky wooden floors, interior bathrooms, and street noise. There is no air conditioning, but fans and heaters are provided. Parking is paid and limited on the surrounding streets. The building is located at the top of a hill — comfortable footwear is recommended. Some units include a small outdoor area, accessible through other apartments and not fully private. Construction work nearby may cause some daytime noise. Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an additional fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, it is necessary to place the keys inside the lockbox. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
