With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The main bedroom provides a tranquil retreat comprising a queen-sized bed, a spa quality ensuite and a private study area. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and utilizes the large central bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, custom built in headboards and wardrobes, and hotel quality linens. The open plan living and dining area offer an inviting space to relax and reflect on the day’s activities exploring Lisbon. The living room design invites you to unwind on the generous 4-seater couch with a 50” TV equipped with all your favorite streaming services and cable channels. The dining area offers a refined gathering space with a round table, comfortable seating, and designer Kartell lighting creating the perfect ambience to enjoy your favorite meals. The fully equipped kitchen contains built-in Bosch appliances, handmade Portuguese ceramic crockery and serving platters, elegant glassware and all the cooking utensils you’ll need to create your favorite recipes. A Nespresso coffee machine ensures your morning coffee is flavorful and ready in seconds. A separate laundry area at the end of the kitchen contains a washing machine and dryer, an ironing board and an iron. The Green House provides superior comfort year-round with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, in addition to a state-of-the-art ventilation system to filter and refresh internal air. Kindly note that due to severe allergies of building residents, this property has requested a special exemption and is unable to host guests with assistance animals. Additional Information: **This is a residential building** We urge guests to be respectful and mindful during their stay. **This is a self-catered property** Your reservation includes a limited amount of the basic consumables designed to last 2-3 days. This includes salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, wine, and toilet paper. We encourage guests to purchase additional items from one of the locally owned stores in the area or through the many delivery services available in Lisbon (Uber, Glovo, Bolt). **Surveillance cameras on site** The building is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance located in the common areas and at the apartment entrance. Images of guests entering the building and the apartment front door are captured by the building management for security purposes. By placing a reservation guests acknowledge and agree to have their images captured by the building’s surveillance system. **Noise Decibel Monitors** The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. **Service Animals Exemption** Please be aware that this property is exempt from accepting service animals due to health constraints outlined by (hidden). Bringing animals onto the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction and cancellation of the reservation. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid.
