The Apartment is settled in Mestre, in Via Milano 23/C, a side street of Corso del Popolo, one of the main street of Mestre. The house is right in the city centre and you can find everything you need in the area: many supermarkets, such as the PAM, a post office, banks, bakeries, drugstores and various stores. With a 5-minutes walk you can reach the Old Town of Mestre where you can see the main Squares, such as Piazza Ferretto, and Piazza Barche, but in that zone there are also many pubs and bars where young people and student go. The area is also comfortable for the public transport: you can catch the bus to reach the centre of Mestre in Corso del Popolo. In this street, however, you can also catch the night buses and the buses to go to Venice that take 10 minutes to reach the Island. The apartment is very large and bright and it is made up of 6 Huge Single Rooms, an Equipped Kitchen with Terrace, 2 Bathrooms with Shower, a closet and a Living Relax Hall. This includes: -All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating) - All the expenses for the condominium - Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI - Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works - An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need You will also have a group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must: ✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration ⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. 🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.

Payments are made on a quarterly or bi-monthly basis, while monthly payments are allowed only in exceptional cases.
