Here you can find some information and the pictures of our BRAND-NEW APARTMENT, just renovated and with modern furniture, in the Central Via Carducci, 45 in Mestre, on the 3th floor. The apartment is located at the end of the pedestrian area, opposite Piazza Donatori del (hidden) is in the heart of the Old Town of Mestre, a few steps away from Piazza Ferretto. In the area you can find anything you need: In front of the house there are two Supermarkets, the Despar and the IN’S, the Public Library where many students gather to study. There is also the John Reed Fitness Gym, but also a lot of bars, restaurants and pubs where young people go, and any kind of store. This way, you can walk along the main streets and in the principal squares of the town without using any public means of transport. However, in the area you can find many public means of transport. The Bus Stop Carducci-Felisati is in front of the house where you can also catch the bus to Venice. Moreover, the Tram Stop is 50 meters away, in Via Cappuccina. The apartment is made up of 5 Single Rooms (one has a PRIVATE BATHROOM), 2 Bathrooms with bathtub/shower, a wide Kitchen- Living Room Open Space with a Terrace. ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes: - All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating) - All the expenses for the condominium - Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI - Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works - An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need The rental agreements are individual. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must: ✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration ⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. 🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.

Payments are made on a quarterly or bi-monthly basis, while monthly payments are allowed only in exceptional cases.
