Bei längeren Aufenthalten ist eine monatliche Reinigung Pflicht, eine Endreinigungspauschale wird erhoben. Schäden oder starke Verschmutzung werden zusätzlich berechnet. Der Anbieter haftet nicht für persönliche Gegenstände außer bei grober Fahrlässigkeit. Es dürfen nur zugewiesene Parkplätze genutzt werden.
