Depending on the property, you can choose between apartments with a minimum lease term of 6 to 12 months. However, during this rental period you must always be studying. Please note, the return of your apartment to us is one week before the end of the rental period, in order to be able to carry out cleaning, maintenance and repair measures necessary due to the use of the apartment and for a direct follow-up rental. We have calculated the rent on the basis of an effective term shortened by one week, so that this regulation does not represent an economic disadvantage for you. Of course, if you extend your stay with us and continue to reside in your apartment, no prior move-out is required between your old lease and your new lease. DE: Welche Mietvertragslaufzeiten sind verfügbar und was hat es mit der 1 Woche vorzeitigem Auszug zu tun? Je nach Objekt kannst du zwischen Apartments mit mindestens 6 bis 12 Monaten Laufzeit wählen. Während dieser Mietzeit musst du dich jedoch immer im Studium befinden. Bitte beachte, die Rückgabe deines Apartments an uns erfolgt eine Woche vor dem Mietende, um aufgrund der Nutzung des Apartments und für eine direkte Anschlussvermietung erforderlichen Reinigungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen vornehmen zu können. Wir haben die Miete auf der Basis einer um eine Woche verkürzten effektiven Laufzeit kalkuliert, so dass diese Regelung keinen wirtschaftlichen Nachteil für dich darstellt.
