Please be aware that your rental agreement will be processed digitally. Cancellations of this, must be submitted at least three months in advance of your check-out date. For instance, if you plan to check out on December 31, the latest acceptable cancellation notice would be September 30. If you do not cancel your rental contract, it renews. Furthermore, according to the rental agreement, in August and December the contract can only be terminated at the end of the month. During all other months, check-out is possible on a biweekly (fortnightly) basis. Both the security deposit and membership fee are required to be paid before your check-in date and must be received in the landlord’s bank account. Please note that the deposit refund may take up to 8 weeks after check-out. Please note that the broadcasting fee is not included in the rent. Please be advised that the property will be handed over in an orderly condition; however, it will not undergo a full professional cleaning prior to handover. As such, additional thorough cleaning may be required and will be the responsibility of the tenant. BOOKING CANCELLATION PRE CHECK-IN: 1) cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 100% reimbursement of the First Payment. Spacest.com fee will not be reimbursed. 2) cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 50% reimbursement of the First Payment. Spacest.com fee will not be reimbursed. 3) cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: There is no refund. DE: Wichtige Mitteilung: Check-ins und Check-outs sind am Wochenende nicht möglich. Bitte beachte, dass dein Mietvertrag digital bearbeitet wird. Stornierungen müssen mindestens drei Monate vor Deinem Abreisedatum eingereicht werden. Wenn du beispielsweise am 31. Dezember auschecken möchtest, muss die letzte akzeptable Stornierungsmitteilung bis spätestens 30. September erfolgen. Falls der Mietvertrag nicht gekündigt wird, verlängert sich dieser Darüber hinaus kann der Mietvertrag gemäß Vereinbarung in den Monaten August und Dezember nur zum Monatsende gekündigt werden. In allen übrigen Monaten ist ein Auszug zweiwöchentlich möglich. Sowohl die Kaution als auch die Membership Fee müssen vor deinem Check-in bezahlt werden und auf dem Bankkonto des Vermieters eingegangen sein. Bitte beachte, dass die Rückerstattung der Kaution bis zu 8 Wochen nach dem Check-out dauern kann. Bitte beachte, dass die Rundfunkgebühr nicht in dem Mietpreis enthalten ist. Bitte beachte, dass die Immobilie in ordentlichem Zustand übergeben wird. Eine vollständige, professionelle Reinigung findet jedoch nicht statt. Daher können zusätzliche, gründliche Reinigungsmaßnahmen notwendig sein, die von dir selbst durchzuführen sind.
