BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 30 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund of the first month paid. AFTER CHECK-IN If the tenant wishes to find someone to take his place, he can post on Facebook about the room to find a student for the room until the end of the contract or longer. If the tenant cancels the contract but he finds someone to replace him, the property manager will charge you a cancellation fee of 90€ (this only applies when the change is fully confirmed by them). In addition to this, the tenant can ask the property manager to try to find another tenant for the room. If they are able to find a person to take the place before the tenant leaves, they will charge an administration fee of 200€ + an additional fee of 5% of the monthly rent x the months remaining in the contract.
