Our private apartments come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a bed with a premium mattress with bedsheets, pillows, and duvets, a large wardrobe, table, and chair for work with a lamp. Each flat has a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped modern kitchenette with everything from pans to a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the community. The building features a common area where you can comfortably work and socialise. The up-and-coming Ostend area is home to the Frankfurt Zoo, Fritz Rémond Theater, and the green Hafenpark and Ostpark. You can easily reach the city center by bike in 10 minutes. The European Central Bank (EZB) is within walking distance, with other major banks such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen located within 30 minutes by public transport from the Frankfurt Main (Ost) station. At the doorstep of the building, you will find great bars, restaurants, and fitness studios FitSevenEleven and FitnessFirst, making living at Ostparkstraße 45 the ideal place for both work and leisure. This apartment is fully equipped to meet all your daily needs, providing a comfortable, ready-to-live-in space. The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, storage, and a workspace. The rest of the apartment is also well-appointed, featuring a modern kitchen with high-quality appliances, a full set of cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. To secure the apartment, we’ll need a few documents from you: a copy of your ID (passport or ID card) and proof of income (we accept options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or documents from a guarantor). Upon booking, the first month’s rent is paid upfront, with rental charges only applying from your official move-in date.

Cancellations of this, must be submitted at least three months in advance of your check-out date.
