From Other Main Train Stations: Most of Paris's main train stations are directly connected to the Métro. Find a route that takes you to the closest Métro stations in the 5th arrondissement, such as Maubert-Mutualité or Cardinal Lemoine.

By Air:
From Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport: Take the RER B (Direction Robinson or Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse) directly to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame.
From Orly Airport: Take the Orlyval light rail to the Antony station. Transfer to the RER B (Direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye) and disembark at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame.

By Bus:

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.

Ce logement est disponible pour un bail mobilité UNIQUEMENT. Le bail mobilité est un type de bail de location meublée de courte durée. Il vise à faciliter la mobilité des locataires, et notamment ceux amenés à déménager pour des raisons professionnelles (mutation ou mission), les étudiants, les jeunes en formation, en alternance ou en stage.
Il s'agit d'un appartement 49m² situé au 4ème étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble parisien. Il se compose de:
- Un agréable séjour avec un canapé-lit, et une TV
- Un espace dinatoire
- Une cuisine ouverte et équipée (réfrigérateur, bouilloire, machine à café, plaque à induction, four, lave vaisselle, lave linge ...)
- Une chambre avec lit double

Le quartier
Le Quartier Latin, connu dans le monde entier pour son histoire et son rayonnement culturel, est en grande partie situé dans le 5e arrondissement. Plus vieux quartier de Paris avec l’Île de la Cité, on y retrouve quelques vestiges de l’époque Gallo-Romaine, la mythique Sorbonne, ou encore le Panthéon. C’est sans conteste le cœur intellectuel de Paris, où chaque rue respire l’histoire. Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €500 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
