Il vise à faciliter la mobilité des locataires, et notamment ceux amenés à déménager pour des raisons professionnelles (mutation ou mission), les étudiants, les jeunes en formation, en alternance ou en stage.
Il s'agit d'un appartement de 40m² situé au 6eme étage (ascenseur jusqu'au 5eme étage puis escalier jusqu'au 6eme étage).

Le quartier
Le 6ème arrondissement est celui de Saint-Germain-des-Prés et du Jardin du Luxembourg. Bien que les mythiques clubs de jazz des années 50 se fassent aujourd’hui rares, et que l’on n’y croise plus de touristes à la terrasse du café de Flore que d’intellectuels, il a conservé une agréable atmosphère, entre bourgeoisie-bohème et luxe parisien

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €700 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90. 
If we detect any cigarette odor post-stay: €450.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings:
For those joining us for the Olympics, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
