The bright studio is located on the 4th floor. The apartment is perfect for either a single or a couple. It is fully furnished and equipped for comfortable living (incl. kitchen utensils, bed linnen and towels).
There is a fast WiFi connection (250 Mbits), which allows for the studio to be an efficient and convenient home-office working space.
The studio features floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony with beautiful views of the greenery.

Nature and big-city charm in one: Lichtenberg combines the best of both worlds. There’s hardly any other part of the city where such contrasts harmonise as well as they do here. Right next to Friedrichsfelde Zoo and not far from Rummelsburger Bucht, the studio is situated in the east of Berlin in a green setting and yet in the heart of the capital.
If you enjoy sports and frequent outings into nature, Tierpark is right around the corner from your apartment building. You can purchase a yearly pass and enjoy the park whenever you like.
Grocery shopping is easy in this neighborhood. ALDI, Rewe, Rossmann, and MÄC-GEIZ are reachable within a 5-minute walk. Lidl, NETTO, and DM can be reached in 10-15 min by foot.
Friedrichsfelde offers a variety of cafés, restaurants and bakeries all within walking distance of the apartment.
Weitlingkiez is a 7-min bike ride.
The hip Boxhagener Platz neighborhood is an easy 15-min bike ride away.

Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or rooftop terrace overlooking the city.
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your flat mates.
The backyard with its old trees also entails bike stands, lots of greenery to enjoy and one of Berlin’s coolest murals. The building has a big community room with a stunning garden view as well as a dedicated co-working area and lots of space to hang out in.
This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
                                                    We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.
