Gatow is a district of Berlin, belonging to the district of Spandau. The district is located on the west bank of the Havel river, north of the Wannsee lake and opposite the Grunewald forest. It is a popular seaside resort for the citizens of Berlin, together with neighbouring Kladow (to the south).
