Your cosy room will be fully furnished with bed (incl. mattress, blanket and pillow), desk and chair, wardrobe, shelf, curtains. hanging and/or standing lamp and bedside table. Heating, electricity, water, and internet are included in the price.

The structure is linked to superb public transport connections nearby and you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, shops & parks in the area.

(The maximum stay period is 1 year. However, it is possible to extend the stay in the same structure by moving to another room)

Die Struktur ist an hervorragende öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe angebunden und in der Umgebung kannst du viele Restaurants, Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Parks finden.

Our flats fulfil all your daily living requirements. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
                                                    We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

Registration/Anmeldung is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

This appartment has two bathrooms.

For the move in dates we have sometimes  the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In some cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our chats :)

Hohenzollerndamm 53.5

Grunewald is a district of Berlin, belonging to the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. The exclusive district includes the large forest of the same name and a residential area of elegant villas and hotels. The artificial Teufelsberg hill, created from the rubble left over from World War II and with a Cold War listening station on top, is now open to the public for tours. Nearby are the Teufelssee lake and the Ökowerk nature centre. In addition, Grunewald station houses a memorial to platform 17, from which trains departed for the deportation of Jews.
