Apartment:
The apartment is a 124 square meters (1345 sq. ft) duplex apartment in a renovated 19th-century residential building. It is situated in the yard and is totally quiet with no traffic noise.
On the ground-floor, there is the entrance floor, a bathroom with shower and toilet, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, as well as a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, an oven and cutlery for 12 persons. The dining room is equipped with a dinner table and chairs for 8 persons.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet as well as a washing machine, a storage room, and three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm, a second bedroom with two single beds 90 cm x 200 cm and a third one with a double bed 140 cm x 200 cm. In addition, each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a writing desk.

The floor is oak parquet in all rooms, storage and the upper floor and marble in the entrance floor and the bathrooms.
The apartment is equipped with a TV set, a DVD player and a Hi-fi system.
There is an internet flat rate with Wi-Fi in all rooms.
The apartment is decorated with 30 original paintings and drawings by Italian, Russian and German artists as well as three big and three small chandeliers. 

Location:
The apartment is located in Inselstrasse in Berlin-Mitte, the most central district of Berlin. The Humboldt Forum, the Nicolai quartier, the boulevard "Unter den Linden" and the famous "Museums' Island" are in 10 minutes walking distance. The area is calm, green and safe. Very close (200 m) is a park (Koellnischer Park) with a museum (Märkisches Museum) and the river Spree inviting to walks along the beautiful riverside through the centre of Berlin. 
There are numerous restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood as well as two supermarkets. Two subway stations, a train station (with four S-Bahn lines) and three bus lines provide excellent connection to public transport. One bus goes directly to the Central station.

Amenities:
In the basement, there is a lockable bicycle room which you can use to securely park your bicycle. 
If you have a car, you can obtain a car park resident's permit cost 2024: €20.40 for 2 years valid

Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life. In the bedroom area, you will find a bed with a nightstand and lamp, as well as a large wardrobe. A premium mattress with a set of bedsheets, pillows, and duvets is also always included. To comfortably work or study from home, there is a table with a lamp and chair. You wont need anything additional to settle in, and can arrive just your luggage at hand.
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments with complete noise isolation and floor heating. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. To catch those sun rays, ground-floor apartments have terrace access facing the courtyard, while flats on other floors include balconies. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.
Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlins city life. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the  community. There are two community spaces - one in each of the buildings. Both of them feature fully equipped kitchens with cooking islands and lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. You can spend time cooking meals together with your flatmates here or relax watching a new show. In alignment with our sustainability efforts, both buildings are illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights.

CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. 
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.

Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a bed and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.

Which documents do we need for a booking:

-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)

Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
