Only 3 minutes walk from the U-Bahn station Amrumer Straße (U9), and around 5 minutes walk to the U-Bahn station Seestraße (U6, tram 50 and M13) making it easy to get to any other vibrant area in Berlin within a short amount of time.
The Wedding neighborhood in north-west Berlin feels warm and inviting, with street markets and sprawling public parks frequented by young families and long-time residents alike. Striking Weimar-era architecture contrasts with the hard lines of former factories - a hangover from Weddings history as a work class district in West Berlin. Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there.
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The center piece of this room is its stylish kitchen island where you can hang out, cook together or invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates.
Located in a quite backyard it is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. The building offers a cozy community room to meet the others in the house. To keep things clean and tidy, you can directly use the in-house laundry facilities.
Moabit is one of the up and coming districts in Berlin with its industrial charm and diverse community of artists and students. You can stroll to Arminius market hall splurge on Baklava, enjoy the best spot for sunset watching over the harbour or grab a drink in one of the old school Berlin corner bars.

ROOM 4

Hi Guys, 

This is a fully furnished room in a shared flat that is located on the 4th floor. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

Only the 1st or 16th of each month are possible as move-in days. In specific cases we have a flexible move-in date, but this has to be discussed in our messages.

Please note that there is an additional one-time service fee of 100€ and a deposit of 950€ to be paid before moving in.
